Lush "Emotional Brilliance" Line

Hey everyone!

When I heard this news about one of my favorite brands, I knew I just had to share! Lush is coming out with a makeup line! Lush Currently has a full coverage, extremely opaque line of foundation, but now they are coming out with their own line. It is called Emotional Brilliance, and they have a color for every mood. It sounds interesting, here are the promotional pictures!

I am not sure what the application from of it is, they come in what appears to be little glass bottles, so I cannot wait to check these out!

These are the Liquid Lips, and they have a really cool formula. The base of these is Ultrabalm, which is an amazing moisturizer. These are supposed to be really pigmented, and they are priced at $22.95.

I take it these are the cream eyeshadows, they look really pretty! Lush took a risk by using brighter colors, but I know it will pay off. They might be taking an approach similar to Illamasqua, instead they use those bright colors to represent moods. I love it!

Overall, Lush makes amazing products. If it is a bubble bar or a cream eyeshadow, I am sure the quality will be great. tell me in the comments below if you are going to try out this new line, and feel free to request a post! Thanks for reading!

Heavenly Creatures

                                                                   Hello Readers!

I am super obsessed with Mac's new collection called Heavenly Creature. I can honestly say I have never seen something like this in my whole life. Thats one of the things I love about Mac though, they are always have unique colors and shades. My favorite part of the collection is the eyshadows, because they aren't one color, they are a couple of colors swirled into one!
The eyeshadows for Mac's Heavenly Creatures Collection

So today I'm going to show you my favorite products from the new collection!

First is a new mineralized skin finish called Earth shine. This looks like it will be a great bronzer, maybe it will have a touch of red in it!

This eyeshadow called Supernova is one of the products that I am most excited to try out. I am super excited about this one because I can't really imagine what this will look like. Maybe it will be a light pink with a tad of orange?

I love this lipgloss, I don't actually have a nude lipgloss in my collection so now I have a good reason to get it! This is Cremesheen Glass.

This is just some of my favorite items from this collection. We will probably do another couple of posts on this new collection! Comment and tell me what yu think of this collection!

Simple And Sophisticated Eyes

Hey Everyone!

I have been working on some new eye looks, and my favorite so far is a clean black line of eyeliner. It is so clean, and the crisp line really defines the eye. Here is my favorite way to wear this look!

As always, start off with Urban Decay primer potion. This will make your shadows and liner last all day without smudging, plus it will keep it on much longer in this hot summer heat!

I want the black mascara and liner to pop, so I applied Blanc Type all over the lid with a 239. This is a great color because it is a matte squared, which has a really soft texture to it.

Next, I wanted to brighten up my eyes a little. I used Vanilla pigment in the inner corners of my eyes. I used a 219 pencil brush to get a precise application. Vanilla has some tiny gold flecks in it, which will bring out any eye color.

After finishing my lid colors, I used Blackround paint pot to line my upper lash line. The reason I used a paint pot instead of a typical eyeliner is the paint pot gives more of a creamy look. Not only does it dry into a matte finish, it defines the eye really well while staying in place.
I wanted lashes that would enhance the eyeliner, so I used Clinique's Lash Doubling Mascara. I am finishing up a sample of this, and I love it!

To finish off this look, apply Mac's eyeliner in fascinating to the waterline.
And here is the finished look! I think it is so simple, it works! I would love to pair this with a bright lip. I know it looks really simple in the picture, but because the line is slightly thicker than usual, it really defines the eye.

Also, I wanted to put in a quick note about the pictures of the products. I have been trying out some new lighting combos, and I think I am finally happy with it! Tell me in the comments below if you like these pictures better or the old ones. Feel free to request any posts, and make sure to follow. Thanks for reading!

Union Jack

                                                                  Hello Readers!
Sorry I haven't posted in a week, I went on vacation and sadley, the place had no wifi. But now I promise I will try to post everyday! So while I was on vacation I noticed alot of people wearing the Union Jack. I also noticed that lots of clothing stores are coming out with shirts and other items with the Union Jack on them! So if this is the new fad, here are some items that you can get to stay in style.

This shirt is from Forever 21. Forever 21 is definetly aware of this new fad because they have 15 shirts with the Union Jack on them! I love this shirt because it looks like it was painted on, and I know it's not the most fitted shirt, but Forever 21 tends to make more flowy shirts, and I love that this one is more fitted. It would be super cute paired with a pair of dark wash short jeans and some gladiator sandals!

Delias is also in on this fad. They have recently come out with seven shirts with the Union Jack on them. This shirt is probably my favorite one that they've made because its a cute short tank, that can be paired with a cute colored cami under it, but it also is not the real colors of the Union Jack, which really stands out. I would pair this with a contrasting color cami.

But not only clothing companies are putting the Union Jack on their items, some big time designers are doing it also. Chanel, for instance, came out with a Union Jack Bag. But of course they put there signature cc sign right in the middle of it. It is a cute bag, I could see someone walking around town and going into a shop with this bag. But this bag is sort of small so it's not the most practical.

And last but not least is this Alexander McQueen clutch. This is an absolutely adorable clutch, but it would put a giant hole in my wallet because it costs $2,295, so it's not exactly cheap. This is also a very unique clutch because at the top of it is a skull.

I hope you like this post! Please comment and tell me what you think.

Cute Workout Outfits

Hey Everyone!

I feel like it has been ages since I posted, so much has been going on! I have been doing some major online shopping, the semi annual sales always get me. Anyways, I have been playing tennis almost every day, and I really need to work out more. I have done crushes and that stuff to keep in shape, but I am going to try and become that girl that gets up at 6 a.m. to get her workout in! Okay, maybe not that dedicated, but still! So I was looking for something that would make this a little more fun, and that is a cute outfit. Here are my favorites!

First, you need something to tote around all of your stuff. I need a simple gym bag, mine are always too small or too deep. This looks    perfect! This is the VSX Gym Bag from Victoria's Secret. I think I am going to pick up the white one, I need to put in a quick order before their semi annual sale ends!

These are the Nike Capri Pants, these just look like they would make everything easier. They cling to every muscle, so maybe these are instant toning capris?

I love these! They are so comfy to wear, and you don't have to worry about it sliding around. I wear these for tennis all the time, my only excuse to get more is... maybe it makes my serve better?

The VSX strappy tank looks really nice as well. I typically wear sleeveless stuff in the summer, so this would be perfect. This comes in pink, purple, mint green, and black.

And you will need the perfect headband to go along with it! These are from the VSX line, and I love the lime green! These really do stay in place, I hate it when I have to keep re-adjusting something! It has some sweat resistant technology in it, which is another plus.

I love these too! The cross front tanks have the V-neck front with the racerback design, which looks amazing on everyone. Not only does this have a four way stretch to it, but these shirts also have the sweat resistant technology as well.

And those are my favorites! Tell me in the comments below if you want me to start fitness blogs, and fell free to tell me of any other requests! Thanks for reading!

My Favorite Moisturizers

Hey Everyone!

Today I am going to do a requested post on my favorite moisturizers! Most people think that their skin will break out from being too oily, it can also break out from being too dry. These are my favorite moisturizers that have worked wonders for me over the years!

The Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizing lotion might be my favorite! There are actually two different types of this, the lotion is thicker while the gel is lighter. I like to use the gel for summer and then switch back to the lotion when my skin gets drier. This also absorbs quickly, which is another plus.

I must admit, the reason I purchased this was because I thought it was such a cool concept! This is the Josie Maran Argan Oil Moisturizing stick. I used to use it just for traveling, but it actually works for moisturizing anything! It will work for dry spots, fly aways, cuticles, you name it, it works for it!

This is the Fresh Soy Moisturizing Cream with spf 20. The reason I love this one was because it is super lightweight and sinks into your skin. If you want something with an easy application, this is it.

These are my favorites, but these are the ones that work for me. These moisturizers may not work for your skin type, so I would suggest going online on Sephora and you can pick out one that is perfect for you!

Summer Simplicity

Hey everyone!

You know those days where you don't really want to do anything, but you have to get out of the house? I was always looking for a simple look that made you look put together in five minutes, and I think this may be it. Here it is!

First, I'm going to take me Stila sheer cover tinted moisturizer and apply this all over my face with my Mac 188 brush. This will even out my skintone without being too much. Check out my tinted moisturizer post for my other favorites. Also, If you want to add a little concealer, go ahead. This is just the look that I wear when I am not trying it any new eyeshadow combinations!

Next, I want to set the tinted moisturizer with something that will give me a little bit more coverage. I'm going to take my mineralized skin finish natural in light plus and apply it with a 189 brush. The brush is limited-edition, and it looks like a large foundation brush, but it works for me!

I need to get a new  Mineralized skin finish natural, because my old one is a little light on me. I'm going to use Nars Laguna bronzer to warm up my face and make it match my regular skintone. I'm going to use a 168 brush, because I also want to do a little bit of contouring.

I want to keep the eyes super simple, and cream eyeshadows are the way to go! I am going to use the Mac paint pot in Rubenesque to make my eyes appear brighter with the shimmery golden peach base.

I am going to use a powder eyeshadow to set the cream, which will make it stay on all day. I want a little bit of a darker shade of gold, so I'm going to use Mac's all that glitters. I used a 239 brush to apply this to my outer corner extending to my crease.

A little mascara can make a major difference. I'm going to apply apply a couple coats of Mac's false lash mascara to eyelashes. If you need a super quick look, I would just use mascara.

Now all that's left is the lips! I like to add a little color here, because another trick to brightening up your face is to go for a brighter lip. I am going to use the elf mineral lip gloss in Fierce. Not only is it inexpensive, but it's also a great color for summer.

And here is the finished eye look! It is really simple, and I can complete everything in five minutes. Make sure to follow and tell me in the comments what posts you want to see. I need suggestions! Thanks for reading!

New Products Wish List

Hey everyone!

Today I'm going to talk about some of the new products that I need to try out for summer. I think that there are a lot of great new products out, and these are the ones that are on the top of my wishlist!

The first product is the Tarte Divine shine lip gloss. I think this looks really cool because of the packaging! I have to admit, I'm a sucker for really pretty packaging. I saw this orange shade, and that is what I have been looking for,so I'm excited try it out!

The next product is the Smashbox camera ready BB cream. I know I did the post on tinted moisturizers, and am trying to figure out the difference between a tinted moisturizer and BB cream. I've heard that BB creams are a little bit thicker, plus they have a a lot of good ingredients in it. Most BB creams come in a limited amount of shades, and Smashbox has five shades available. I cannot wait to try it out and post a review!

The next product I am excited to try out is the OPI nail polish strips. I want these mainly so I can compare them to the Sally Hansen nail polish strips. I always felt like Sally Hansen was always one step behind. They had really good products, but they kind of just blended in with the trends going on. When they came out with the nail polish strips, I was so excited because they worked really well. Well, OPI has the same mission, and they've come out with a line of nail polish strips. Expect a comparison post soon!

I really need to keep up with the new products. I just saw that Revlon came out with their own smoky shadow stick. Revlon has always had great products, and I doubt this is an exception. A lot of brands have come out with a shadow and eyeliner pencil, but I think Revlon will be at the top. It looks like they have some interesting colors, and I'm absolutely in love with the idea. Anything that will save time in my rushed mornings are on my must have list!

My last product is Ulta's extreme wear cheek stain. Ulta has changed their packaging over the years, but I'm not so sure about the quality of their products. They have a nice line for anyone wanting the basics, so I have to try this one out! I am always looking for a new cheek stains, I have fallen in love with them ever since Benetint. They kind remind me of a smaller version of the Nars multiple, expect a review soon!

Thanks for reading, and tell me the comments what posts you would like me to! Make sure to follow if you haven't already. Thanks for all of the super sweet comments!

Liquid Eyeliner

A couple of weeks ago I was looking around at Ulta, seeing if there was anything that I needed to add to my makeup collection. But when I came to the Smashbox section, instead of heading straight to there lipgloss (if you have read my Smashbox Lipgloss posts you know how obsessed I am), I went over to the eyeliner section. I instantely fell in love with their Limitless Liquid Liner Pen.

I tried it out and it was amazing! It could go from a normal day look to evening out look in seconds, all you had to do was make it thicker for nighttime. And, it was so intense, I have never seen a black, so, black! It also looked much sharper then regular eyeliner, because regular eyelinerr can smudge, and it doesn't always give you that wow factor that makes your eyes really stand out.

Then I started thinking, is there a mascara out there that can match this eyeliner? Mac's False Lashes Mascara does. It is an intense black, and it makes your eyelashes really thick and makes them stand out more.

If you want to learn a dramatic look to go with this eyeliner, go to my dramatic look post I did. Heres the link: http://www.foreverfuchsia.com/2012/05/dramatic-look.html

Highlighting Techniques

Hey everyone!

I absolutely adore highlighting. I have mentioned it quite a bit in my previous posts, and today I'm going to share my favorite tips and tricks!

My favorite thing to do with a shimmery loose powder is to mix it in with a little foundation! This creates a brightening look all over. If you want to use it all over your face, use a little less of the powder. Remember, you can always add more! I like to apply my foundation first, and then use this technique with any spare product I have left.

I am also obsessed with high beam. I like to put about three dots of this on the top of my cheekbones. The best part about High Beam is the buildable shimmer it. I love to tap a little on my Cupid's bow to make my lips look fuller!

Not only is Smashbox photo op an amazing brightener for under eye circles, it is also the perfect sheer highlighter. I like to use the triangle technique with this. Before you conceal any under eye circles, make a triangle pointing down. Blend this out to light up your face and hide redness! Sorry for the strange picture, but I thought this was the best way to show you what I meant!

Cream color bases are amazing for the girl on the go. You don't have to mix, blend, or conceal anything, you just use it! I love to use this CCB in pearl in the middle of my eyelid. Not only does this provide a base, but it is a cream product, providing more of a reflection. When the light bounces off of this, it will light up your whole face!

Too face candlelight powder is the perfect color for any skintone. I actually used this as an eyeshadow for a while because the gold reflects in it brought out my blue eyes. Now I like to take a dot of it and apply it to the inner corner of the eye. Your eyes are the key to any expression, you might as well let them shine!
