Stuck at Prom

Have you ever heard of the Stuck at Prom contst? It is a contest for a couple to make their prom dress, and suit out of duck tape. The winner of this contest gets a 1,000 dollar scholorship.
Heres a picture of the 2011 winners.

The rules are

-you must enter as a couple

-you must make some duct tape accessories

-you must wear them to a prom
